HOw to install arc doc?

Open the front passenger door and install it directly onto the arc device. In order to turn it on you’ll need to go into the little ability controller on the left of the dash and bind it to a button.

Where even is the arc doc? I see it pop up in the logbook upon starting a new game but can't find it.

You can only get it as part of a specific story mission , see below if you dont mind vague spoilers.

In the mission 'A little Favour' just after you first enter the midzone and return alive, you are given the keycode for the bathroom in the garage, inside you open a secret door to a hidden room. Said hidden room contains both the mission objective harddrive and the arc doc

Okay, so that's how you get it. Doesn't make sense to have it be logged right at the start then. It must be some kind of glitch or problem with engine limitations.

Weird... I DIDN'T get a log when I got this and didn't know what to do with it. It also wouldn't go into the ARC device in the passenger seat, I got no prompt. When I moved it from my 5 hotkey to my 4 hotkey I was able to use the left mouse button to install it. I'm not 100% sure I tried that with it in the 5 slot when I was carrying it but I thought I did.
