What to do with notes/logs/etc after reading?

Hi.

This might be a stupid question but... what should we do with the notes we pick up after reading them? I realize the obvious answer is "just drop it" but I learned the hard way why not to do that with excess resources after I've crashed a game or two by leaving too much junk around that doesn't despawn, haha.

keep them in storage. if you destroy/despawn the notes and audio tapes, the cycle of obtaining them will reset. meaning you will have to reobtain all of them again to progress on the tapes/notes.

i made that mistake at some point myself.

the fax machine has infinite storage for notes/tapes when you unlock it.

Build the FAX machine. You can drop all text and audio logs there.
