No Swamp Coral on first Midzone trip?

I didn the 'breaching the Midzone' mission. And while going over the map with the final stabilizer on it, I can find marsh eggs fine. But despite looking all over the in and near the water, no swamp coral.

Am I just missing it, got unlucky with RNG, or it doesn't spawn on that story mission?

You might've gotten unlucky. Keep an eye out for glowing pink objects on small growths

Just FYI, swamp coral is for the neon thingies, salamander whatever is the one for the eggs.

I'd strongly recommend building and installing a resource scanner on the roof of your car, it helps a lot locating resources like these.
