Goldenshells (spoilers on how to open)

So while I had posted this up as a guide some mentioned it could be considered to be spoilers. i have updated








to open
Combustable
- used titan's bone to break open. Devils Grinder had no effect
- can use the liberator to open

Conductive
- drop in sizziling mist
- drop in between shocked tourists
- place on the battery charging pad in garage and flip that switch

Corrordible - drop in cough box

Dehydrated
- throw at yellow water barrels on the road
- throw onto water

whishbone - have the abductor grab it twice
Secured - hit with hammer

Once ope just as any container

I came to this post to find out as well, and it's simple, you take the nut and drop it on top of water. if you see those yellow garbage bins in the road, those have water in them

I managed to open the Conductive by putting it on the car's charging pad and flipping the switch.

How do you transport these? Seems you can only carry them, can't put them in inventory?

Combustable = Explosion opens them
How many decorations have you found? Looks like the maximum is 20 and 23 is because 3 are missing

Can be carried in inventory. Same size as a tyre 3x3 space

Only opened ones can, if it hasn't been opened you can only carry in hands (at least that's been my experience so far, has the red backpack icon and everything).

I opened a conductive goldshell with some shocked tourists... but I didn't see anything come out of it? Do the unlocks happen automatically and I'll see the new cosmetics in the detailing station?

Just found my first one, Wishbone. The vac took it off the tree and I was able to carry it over to my trunk and keep it in there. I have Not opened it... yet.

I've stored a locked Conductive and a locked Dehydrated one in my car's inventory. They're large but as long as they fit they appear to be stowable.

Nothing drops out but it does have the petals opened so looks different and you access it like a normal container. After getting the last item from inside it just pops and vanishes

I opened 2 conductive, putting them into some electricity and I didn't get anything

Is there water anywhere around the garage? Also the guy who said that there was water in yellow cans... the only yellow cans I've found are fuel cans, and they aren't open so you can't chuck the dehydrated goldenshell in there anyways.

the yellow crash barrels. you will need to throw it at 2 barrels to open the pod

To open the golden nuts, you can go to the toilet in the garage and wash it in the sink. (The toilet will open according to the plot)
