What Is this icon for?

I've been trying to find and scan whatever this icon represents when I go into the zone but I can't seem to find it at all.

If you're referring to the "Not Recognized" entry on the resource list, my guess is that's a recaharge/repair/combo station.

That's a pneumatic tube, I think. They're placed kinda randomly but you can often find them near roads.
If you get a resource radar you can find most of this stuff easily.

Hmm Thanks for the input I just got the resource radar, so hopefully that helps and I'll be on the lookout for the service station.
