Expedition Amp engine anchor lock softlock

Im trying everything to charge the anchor locks and ive seen everyone say "just hook the anchor lock jumper cable to your car battery and charge it but its NEVER CHARGING. Yes ive filped the switch, ive connected it to my external batteries and NOTHING no charge at all. the only thing i can guess is that it might be because im using the amp engine, but ive straight up removed the engine from the car and tried again and still no charging

How much power do you have left? It's usually best to use the internal battery under the hood since all the other external batteries end up flowing to it (at or bellow 50 power ONLY your internal battery has power left). If all else fails you can also apply battery jumpers or plasma chargers directly on the anchor, although that tends to waste power.

I used the AMP engine on an expedition (bought on the expedition), and was able to charge with the anchor lock jumper cables. You have to make sure that the battery you're charging it from has charge on the blue bar.
