Garage Sink Disabled?

Is it a glitch, or did the devs disable the sink in the Garage bathroom?

Mine is busted as well, the toilet as well, really miss being able to wash my goldshells, hopefully this gets fixed, but water is easy to come by in the mires at least.

I think its not a bug. Now to open shell we must go to expedition. Water in start location disappeared too, now is toxic soil here :]

Just to be clear, while the sink isn't working...

If you drive the car back to the shed where you found it, take your Dehydrated goldshells out of the trunk, and head back towards where the pieces of the Tutorial truck are still floating around, the pool of water in front of the grate is deep enough to open them.
