I've mentioned it on the update post but I have been able to run the game with the latest drivers with DX11 (24.7.1) with a 6700XT
edit : game work with latest driver but only in DX11
This is a known issue, for better stability you'll want to roll your drivers back.
Weird wording. Games? Plural? What other games are crashing since I couldn't find one? Pacific Drive were crashing on 24.6.1 so naturally I've updated to the newest one. Really it's not a big deal, I will just wait for the game update, but don't pin it on a driver "issues". You guys just didn't test it on AMD system and that's the end of the story.
It is still solely AMDs fault for releasing such awful driver that is so broken that it ONLY crashes one and only game /s
Fix: buy Nvidia /ss
Same even with that driver with DX12 it crashes for me upon starting a new game in Traveling... screen. I just bought this game, not a good first impression.
