What's your approach to these?

They're pretty hard to spot and even if I throw a dozen flares I don't have enough time to do much besides get back in my car and just run, makes it annoying when there's resources I want nearby. Any specific tool work against them? I tried flare gunning and it sorta distracts them. I don't have as much problem with the pickpockets.

They don't usually get in my way that much. They can't rip off part of the car and are unable to drag my character away. Maybe better clothing and the right wheels make the game better.

I mean, my solution was just to sit there with the lim shield going at all times since it only drains energy if you're actively being hit and it keeps them from grabbing you as far as I can tell.

Annoying, they would constantly grab the side of my car and spin me out.
