That's my best guess, they had a project name based on their initial conceptions and they never changed the root to match the name they ended up shipping the game with.
Best guess: Holdover from early game production.
That is also my own assumption. I saw the same dichotomy in the name of the process, from Task Manager, and figured it was either the original name of the project, within Ironwood, or an early working title.
