2. Car is off, light are on = no fuel consumption, power consumes

You can use Dome lights to see your car better in darkness
18 hours in this game before I discovered the completely normally positioned, entirely expected dome light.
Earnestly i think 1 side battery, 1 wind turbine, and 1 lightning rod do a great job of keeping the battery up. Yeah you may have to jump it a time or two on the longer trips if you're spamming abilities but battery recharge items are pretty cheap to make at least.
I definitely noticed the dome light when I got my first quirk. If I shut my hood, which installing counted as shutting in this case, the dome light would toggle. If I hadn't gotten that I may never have noticed lol.
More on topic, though, I've heard radio also drains the battery, but I almost never use it or when I do the generators on my car pick up the slack. So I can't say if that's accurate.
It will tell you once you arrive on them.
Had tried something similar but eventually decided, if it rains, it'll probably be windy, if it's dark the solar panel is useless, I rarely get hit by lightning, so turbines make more sense, they also charge when driving along
