Report a translation problem
So there are some zones that have stable exits and others (dead ends) simply won't let you go in, and then there are those with no gateways out but there is a stable junction door to your destination or vice versa, as far as I can tell the only way to do multiple junctions in one trip is to plan it that way at the planner board otherwise I go to a junction that appears to have a stable junction door but then I have to leave via gateways because I was wrong.
