what does "resources" mean on map?
I'm about this mining icon. When I drive into this areas, I don't find something extra, no boulders you need to mine or anything. What does tis mean then?

What? I bought this game and would also be interested in an answer to OPs question.

Yup, but if maps says "resources: none", there's still loot on the map. So, the question remains.

Are you sure? I find roughly the same amount of things in buildings, cars and the occasional railway wagon, no discernible differences with different resources-levels.

That may well be it. Ignorance is bliss, I assume, if bliss is needless aggression :-)

I can guess that "resource" means how many of garbage cores is on the map – I get map with merely no buildings and cars, but got 2 garbage cores. Althrough it may be just coincidence and need to be rechecked/verified
It was between-maps map, so the stats were unrelated

This bar seems to correlate with the amount of "natural" resources you will find at certain mid/deep zone POIs. If you've ever rolled up to a resource POI only to see 5 of the 6 resource nodes completely empty, a low "resources" value is probably the cause.

What are natural resources, how does they looks like, how to find them?

I would assume they would be the things like tree candy, swamp coral, marsh eggs, etc. that you start to encounter in the mid and deep zones. I have not done too much with them myself yet, but there is a guide up.

It might also refer to something like the number of plasma generators around spark towers too, sometimes on a run every tower will have 2-3, but other times they'll all just have 1.
