What Does the Box with Infinity Symbol Indicate on the Arc Map?

As the titles states, I have yet to figure out what this is. I usually see it on maps that have little to no time before the storm closes in, so I have not had the time to investigate.

If it's purple (the only purple thing I've ever seen on the map) then I know what you are talking about (I've only seen it once so the actual icon is slipping my mind).

It's a supply package, looked like a meteor when falling/impacting. There's a small door on the side and they contain a massive amount of resources and parts.

Edit: If it's blue then it's not actually an infinity symbol, but meant to be a tape.
