Nothing has changed on my system, no recent updates except for the steam app itself and since I don't stream to the tv using steam link (see below) I can't think the update to the steam app is the issue.
The Nvidia driver is the same as it was when the game was first released, I noticed an update and applied it before playing Pacific Drive but haven't checked for updates since.
i7 9700k 3.6GHz
RTX3070 8GB
48GB RAM
Playing Pacific Drive has been 100% via streaming to the tv in the living room using Moonlight-qt (client) & Sunshine (server/streamer) combo, Moonlight-qt is running on a Raspberry Pi 4B with the latest 64bit Raspian OS and no automatic updating since it boots to command line.
Like I said not standard but everything has been fine before the last game update, I'd also say graphics are bit more washed out too in certain circumstances - especially when its morning or evening and you get that yellow/brown sunshine on the dirt roads.
If I get time I'll try playing a run on the PC itself and report back but I suspect the tree flicker issue will still be there - I'm 99% certain its the game, not the way I'm viewing it.
I am still waiting and hoping these issues get fixed because I would like to continue playing and finish the game. In its current state, it is somewhat playable but highly unappealing to look at and sometimes almost unplayable because of these problems.
