I just bought and installed the game.
In the first 15 minutes I discovered the following "graphic anomalies" - I strongly assume that this is not a desired behavior on the part of the developers.
Depending on the location / perspective, it may or may not display objects correctly. If the character's location is changed even slightly, the objects may "disappear" or be displayed again due to a change in location of a few centimeters.

This is actually a good thing. It means the bugs are widespread enough that they will be addressed in the near future. Rather than having to spend hours tweaking your own settings or having to turn down the graphics options to play.
Again, thanks for the feedback!

As for the garage bug, when it occurs I save and reload and it disappears.

Updated drivers.
Once inside the garage I have a weird artifact popping up near the battery charging table. It's like a solid wall 1 pixel thick that disappears when I get close, and reappears when I walk away.
Usually, reloading a save file helps...for a while...but if you are outside, it might not help at all, and it is nonsense to reload mid-trip.
Texture/render tearing or whole textures not loading at all sometimes.

So its not a driver problem, its something to do with the game itself.
What I haven't seen mentioned is that (for me atleast) it only occurs if you load a save after already being in game. ie you load into the menu and load a game (glitches dont occur), you then load another save (or even the same one) and there's a very good chance the glitch occurs.
If you quit to the menu and reload a save, still the glitch may occur.
The only way to get rid of it is to quit the game to desktop and reload it, then reload the save and the glitch doesn't occur and won't again (I can play for hours like this without a single glitch) unless I try to reload a save while ingame.
The saves themselves seem to be fine, its something in the game loading procedure once the game is underway.
It could be memory corruption or a memory leak instead of an issue with graphics, which could result in broken textures. It is up to the developer to investigate this further. Let's hope a fix for this will be available soon.
But seriously yeah, some levels are unplayable because of them
