OP didn't provide the transmuter with enough prybars for it to engage.

What even is transmutation anyway? I put in two gears in this transmuter I found, and it spitted them back out, I see a pie circle that is completely filled up now, sure, but... what does it even do?
Transmuting turns items (on the left) into another (right) sometimes the trade is decent (plastic for chemicals) sometimes its awful (something uncommon for something common)
As seen on the post it can take multiple quantities to turn into the transmuted item
I have like 1000+ scrap at my base and had zero on me at the time.
now im sitting here struggling to get magnets reliably lmao.
The transmuter uses are finite so if you used all your scrap up till that point you probably used the charges
One thing I did notice is all the transmuters in a level seem to all be the same.
The only thing I know to be true is that the pie slice thing indicates charges. From previous posts I don't think there's a way to find out how many of item A it requires to give you item B (initially i thought there was a correlation with the blue LED's around the radius but nope
