same paint over and over

i have played around 40 hours so far and i have only found 1 can of government yellow paint and 1 other color outside of a seemingly endless loop of orange blue red off white and black and the same thing with decals 1 ADRA decal among a sea of wood panels animal stripes and floral.... i see that there are 15 total decals and 21 total paint colors so why is there so few in a repeating loop? also if a dev ends up reading this why do thay have durability? i understand why everything else has a durability but why do cosmetics have durability?

I'm 20 hours in and my paint shelf is full. This feels bad, I think the paint shelf should have infinite space.

Have you tried scrapping the paint? When I've scrapped a few, I've gotten different colors back. I'm slightly concerned I won't find Lime Green again as I'm currently rocking a "Hulk"-colored wagon :P.

I'll have to admit though to seeing more black, off white and blue than other colors. But maybe it's just the RNG. I've only had 1 of purple, teal, lime green and light blue so far. Loads of beige, brown, machta, red, etc. I scrap ones that aren't full and end up sometimes getting different colors back.

i tryed dumping my entire shelf into the scrapper several times and only got 2 cans of black paint out of 5 reloads

Find trucks and loot them, and pneumatic capsules. I have found *loads* of stickers, decals and paints in those.

Box trucks, arda investigators, loot capsules, scrapping those dumpster pearls are the best source of paint and other cosmetics. And if you unlock better garage storage you will effectively have infinite space to keep them.

i have done this i have tracked them down... and i have done runs where all i have done is targeted thoes items and thoes items only but i have had the same results
