Внимание! Данный способ помог мне на ноутбуке ХП Виктус 16, с видеокартой rtx 3060.

Первое для русскоязычных. The first is for Russian speakers.

В панеле управления Нвидиа ищите вкладку "Программные настройки".

Поправка: игра свежая и не адаптированная, ее не будет в списке, даже после сканирования, вы ее должны найти.

Нажимаем возле списка программ "добавить" и ищем расположение игры (вы можете использовать стим чтобы найти расположение игры или с помощью ПКМ на ярлыке), название процесса "pendriverpro-win64-shipping.exe".

Проверьте, что перед этим действительно игра и путь файлов введет ее туда.

Добавляем выбранную программу. Теперь ищите в таблице №3 параметр, выставленный на ограничение ФПС или энергесбережение.

Повторю, что у меня ноутбук и это метод для ноутбуков. В моем случае всегда включен Whisper Mode для снижения шума, но он также ограничивает ФПС при питании ноутбука от сети. Я поставил ограничение с 40 до 70 кадров и игра стала более стабильной.
