I've never seen this thing despite being in the deep zone, is it an anomaly? if it is and has an inventory it might be like the pacemaker or the transmuters you can find, needs a certain item to do something, and considering the cardio part maybe it's food? if I had to guess you give it food and either it gives you other items in return or gives you some sort of on foot buff, more movement speed or smth

It is indeed a mistranslation, it's the pacemaker.

The pacemaker functions like Transmuters, except it's a 1:1 ratio, you don't know what it wants, and anything you put in there disappears.

I honestly don't bother.

Interesting, my guess was that it converted material into a jolt of electricity that would zap your car. Didn't even consider it to be a transmuter!

I've heard it does charge your car but haven't tested this my self despite seeing pacemakers after seeing someone mention it charged there car cause of my stupid memory, I dont know whether this charge is like the shock bubbles that do charger your car but still dmg it too (thats if it charges at all, grain of salt and all that) unlike the lightning rod side rack attachment which makes it so you can safely travel through the shocked tourist arcs and that one anomaly that leaves behind electric poles as it digs around AND charger your car a little
