Arc device\blueprint missing

Guys I have a quest "The Anomaly Barricade" and "Upgrade the arc device" quests yet I dont have any arc device bluebrint at the Oppy's hideaway, I tried vacuum cleaner and its not on the base, I restarted the game, loaded seave, had like 10 trips away and nothing. HELP!

Isn't it the one that's in a secret room behind the bathroom?

Have you checked pneumo-tube that has "in" and "out" on it? Some story related blueprints are passed through it

I have the marker there behind small white stair but it is empty

Are you looking for the ARC doc? I grabbed it earlier in the game, so it wasn't where it was supposed to be when I finally got the quest--I had stashed it in a locker because I couldn't figure out where to install it. It's a medical device-like an ARC doctor (not a document) so maybe you already grabbed it earlier and put it into a locker?

just found out that if you got to the auto-vac if you look at were the little door that the suitcase drops out of you can search for it there.

For anyone else that may have not found it.. mine was outside in front of the garage door that normally is closed until trips! I climb the roof with the satellite to see it!

I too ended up finding mine inside my auto-vac, check there if you have the marker but nothing is sitting there
