For me it was whenever i would put the parking break on (the knob, not the handbreak) it would open my door on the right. I though it was a bug too, but once i returned to the garage it gave me a quest (in the fix the car/prepare for another trip quest) to fix it.

You have to go to the station beside the battery charging table.
There you have to first identify what triggers the quirk and then you have to define what the quirk does. So for example in my case i had to:
  1. I selected the shifter out of the list
  2. I had to describe whenever it happened (after shifting into parking)
  3. Then select what part is affected (front right door)
  4. And what it does (it kept opening)
After you have put those in you can let the thing test if you got it right and it will tell you how many points you got right. If you got all points right you can let it fix it.
It's a nice little mini game and it gives even more personality to the car.

try: Car > moves slowly > left rear door > opens

apparently i have 4 more quirk on the car that i not realize them happen (only when the door open on it owns) . i able to resolve 2 more :
-head light > on > dome light > toggle
-hood > close > dashboard > turn on quickly

by spending some Anchors the other two is :
steerwheel > turn right > .... > ....
steerwheel > straight (or something) > ... > ....

At first when i read the answer from The Undead Watcher, i feel a bit annoying to do this . But after 2 resolve . It actually a fun mini game .

Bonus : Small Tips :
If you are grindy gamer like me , try to spend some extra run to gather Anchors and use 1.0 Anchors to reveal a hint the first 2 colums . After that , hop on the car and test those hint and pay attention to the car . See if there any odd thing happen . After that , you can blind guess the other 2 colums . Remember to prioritize quirk that annoying to have (like mine with the door open = taking abnormality damage + it really trigger me when it open like that). And keep quirk that not effect your gameplay (like this one hood > close > dashboard > turn on quickly ) because fixing quirk also use some of fixing item

my favorite so far was a honk on the horn would close every door.

I find it extremely confusing. Even when choosing the right stuff its always incorrect

because it incorrect , trust me

well you can use hints and save scum your way to trying to figure it out. That said if you have multiple quirks some times if you manually do done that you saw worked it wont stick, so figure out the others and then try all
Midnght Feb 26, 2024 @ 5:25pm
Probably shouldnt say this but if you have the diagnoser.
start in the first one spend the klim go to the 1st area second level do klim pay again until you get all four, screen shot reload keep your klim and guess for free.
Games not saving during guesses so you can reload restart the guesses till you figure it out.

with 25 klim laying about i can easily pay for all four hints then reload lol.

Oh nice! That's kinda useful lol.
I love the quirk system, gives you weird funny personality traits to your car.
One of the first ones I got that I won't remove is when wipers are on, the fuel gauge will also move back and forth in sync with the wipers. It's fun
