Anyone seen the "something is moving" weather condition?

Oh god I hate that weather condition, I just try to grab an anchor and suddenly 20 tourists are around my car and I freak out while putting the damn anchor into my car and jumping onto the hood and throw flares everywhere to destroy them, definitely horrifying

I think its referencing the bigfoot/tree or skin walker myths.

of a creature that will stalk you just out of your line of sight and you might see it on the edge of your peripherals but when you look its gone.

i do know I hear some very odd noises whenever that condition is up and a lot of tree snapping and bushes moving around.

I have searched around extensively a few times just trying to find a creature but im convinced that its probably just there to mess with you. help you, or just creep you out.

there is a lot of talk about a big foot. maybe this creature is the bigfoot after it was changed by the exclusion zone? the picture of the condition seems to support this idea.

EDIT: moreso I have had oppy say once that "no you did not see bigfoot, the anomaly has all kinds of strange things but thats not one of them"
