Basically this game is easier than pretty much any roguelite game (its honestly easier than most games in general tbh) I've ever played but thats not a bad thing, i like the small amount of danger of penalty that comes along dying but I am not sure how many times i will experience it. The game allows for you to make alot of mistakes and the more you upgrade the more mistakes you can make. Basically the most you'll ever struggle in this game is on the first few runs, by the time you're on steel doors the struggle will basically stop outside of a few explosive moments that come about either through story or randomness.
But yeah for me this really did turn out to be a nice chill driving game on default settings... I mostly just jam to the music while jumping out for some quick looting here and there
I do think they should make your first death a freebie though, only because my first and only death i lost an hour of carefully looting an entire map because i misunderstood the escape conditions.
I want time to explored and get all the energy, and sometimes the game gets a little unreasonable so I make it so I can get to the exit. Like if the car gets stuck, etc
And like Dice said, the remnant feature is kind of cool.
Misguided? Chill driving game? Did you see the game trailer? Did you read the game description?
