Headlights turn off when turning
Hey, I have this quirk I can't figure out how to diagnose. My headlights completely turn off while turning left or right. Closest I got was 2/4 in hints.

I tried battery -> drains -> headlights -> flicker or dim

Any suggestions?

Use the hint system in the station.

The quirk diagnosis system is broken into two sections, with a cause on the left and an effect on the right. All quirks are of the format "when X happens, then Y happens".

In this case it would be "when steering wheel turns continuously, then headlights turn off".

But when diagnosing quirks, be sure to experiment with them to pin down exactly what's happening for a certainty. It may not be that the headlights are turning off, but that they're toggling instead. It may be that the steering wheel only triggers it on a hard turn instead of being held continuously.

Very insightful, thank you very much!

I had this quirk, along with one that makes my gas gauge go back and forth with the wipers.
I didn't realize that your headlights could get worn out, I spent way too long trying to diagnose their random dimming while they were on.

Someone commented on my video about the Tinker Station that it follows IFTTT, which stands for If This-Then-That. I guess it's used in the Engineering field.
