Thank you for the info. I had hoped that there was a little bit more granularity to how the car modifications affected handling but it is what it is.
Note, all four being offroad does mean your road speed is significantly slower than offroad speed. I think i top at about 40 on road with all four.
That being said, All Terrain are really good if you get them eventually and I swear I've seen hover wheels.
The traction control alert with inclines or slippage are mere suggestions with the offroad tires.
That set of tires is a joy, once fully installed.
To me, it has felt as if installing paired front or rear has less benefit than installing all corners together, but it has been better than one-at-a-time or other patterns (paired-sides, mismatched pairs, etc).
