Can you sleep?

Am I missing something ? is there a way to sleep or do I HAVE TO make night runs?
Considering how dangerous it is to go on a run just to scavenge for basic supplies I can't imagine wanting to drive through any of these areas at night when I can't see the prospective sources of material or potential threats. I must be missing something.
Is there a way to sleep till morning?

headlights help alot and you can upgrade your lightsources, the first one is a shorter range flashlight made out of a flare so your tools to move around at night grow. TBH some of the dangers are easier to see at night and easier to avoid because of that but the game does get very dark. The game isn't that dangerous tbh, or at least i've not died once even tho i've been exploded and irritated many times at this point. Also just as an fyi the loot sources glow so you can see them pretty ok at night, its finding your way otherwise thats the issue but yeah the flashlight or headlights pointed where you are going work just as well.

All that being said there is also an option in accessibility that allows for less dark nights (and i think for longer days so you have more daytime) so those are things you could consider if night is too much for you

Helpful. I saw the upgrades and the game options but I'm still surprised that I can't sleep though the night.going out at night in such an environment seems like a demonstration of questionable judgement to me. I'll try the game options see if it helps.
