Can't get Antenna/progress bug

I cannot open the tube after crafting the antenna to receive it. Anything else I can do besides restart? I really don't want to do that.

Some items you don't open and learn, but need to take to a place in the garage to place, the antenna is one of those.

There is nothing to take. I watched a play-through on Youtube and the hatch opens so you can receive the antenna after crafting. That does not happen for me. As another user commented, it is game-breaking as I have no other saves.

Having the same issue. I crafted the antenna/installed it on the roof, but the game keeps telling me to get the antenna from the machine and will not progress.

Just reload the game if the bug happens, that's what did and it fixed it

I broke all the doors, opened them... doesn't help...
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get through this moment? I don't want to play again...

also dealing with the same bug. If you can't pickup the antenna from the fabrication station, use the Auto-Vac (lever) in the same room, then look in the Auto-Cav (tube) and the scanning antenna kit will be there.
