Really Dark

Hey all, the game is really dark. Turning up the brightness doesn't do anything really. It's like there needs to be a contrast slider or something. Am I missing something because I really just don't want to play at all at night, which sucks because if it was just a little bit brighter I wouldn't mind it. As it is now though, I'm worried I just won't see loot or miss the cool scenery. I really love the aesthetic of the game and don't want to miss the cool locations or visuals.

Is there a way to improve vision during the night?

There is option in settings to adjust how long night lasts and how dark it is.
Accessibility - Weather - Brighter nights on/off
and
gameplay- difficulty - faster nights

I had to use ReShade. Or if your monitor has Black Equalizer feature, use it.
