In car radio?

ive looked in the settings, rebinded them and everything. The only way I have been able to turn on the radio is when an anomaly attacks me. How do I fix this? I would like to listen to the music

just look at the radio (its up top where the rear mirror would normally be) and it will show you all the controls for it... i think there is also a hotkey for it like with the wipers and headlights but i can't remember it, i just look at it to turn it on
