Can't drive to the left

I'm stuck in the tutorial right after getting the car.

Once I entered the car, the steering wheel rotates to the right. Driving straight or even left is not possible.

There is no controller attached which could give a false input.

Same here. If I hold left on the left stick of a Dual Sense, the wheel doesn't move left. Same with the "A" key. If I let go then it steers left again by itself but as soon as I start driving it darts to the right. The car works fine for like 2 seconds then goes back to this. Then I bumped into a fence and my car went flying across the map. The demo worked fine, though.

I actually believe this is a mechanic to the game. A lot of reviewers would talk about how their steering would sometime simply not input a certain direction at times, however, it was not a bug rather a game mechanic to show how crap your car is. That being said, your situation could be different. I can't say for sure.

I did it again and it worked. Once the car stops because it needs fuel, fuel it up, then get in and ride along the fence. I had to backup a few times and ram the fence again but I finally got past that part. It seems like the steering gets jacked up at the same spots. I get that the car is janky, but it's not a good intro to the game to have to redo the tutorial several times. I think the poor steering is scripted initially although I don't know why. The car drives better once the wheel falls off than it does after your first put it on.

Might be something wrong with your wheels,
Do they all look the same or does it look like one of them is damaged?

Tire is screwed and you need to get to the garage and fix it before you can drive correctly.

Tutorial is scripted, your left front tire is loose and right tire is punctured. i played the demo and now full release and my car did start to drift to the right at couple of point in the tutorial, i just bruteforced those spots through. It could also matter where you drive; i think that if you drive through mud or other soft places with your damaged car, it does those annoying things in tutorial.
At some point your loose tire will just detach itself.

it's a little squirrly with the loose wheel but not as bad as being said here, but I play keyboard/mouse, you say you're using a controller, maybe there's some stick drift from it not being perfectly centered when plugged in? Try unplugging the controller or turning it off while playing and see if it still happens.

Developer said it was the tire, but it's actually your keyboard layout in your settings. It is set to automatic, which was AZERTY for me. Just put it by yourself in QWERTY and you will be fine :D

I had this issue too, game was bugged where pressing right turned right, and pressing left turned right, both controller and keyboard. The van potion at the start did not have this, was only once you get into in the car.

I fixed it by restarting and then it has worked fine since.

The dev might need to look at this, as on first play, had a bunch of my viewers get this bug as well, it was not the tire being flat as they indicated above.

I've got quite similar bug in mission with barricades activation: my car has stopped turning left/right after blacksmith anomaly threw it into the air, if I drive straight it seems the car thinks it is still in the air and keeps floating xDDD. I tried to change wheels, disassemble/assemble back, teleport the car, drove back to blacksmith hoping the wedge might be knocked out with a wedge but everything was hopeless. Now I'm stuck with lots of loot, unable to open the gate back to garage, unable to complete the mission. So looks like the only way is to abandon it.

UPDATE.
Yeap, it was a bug. I managed to activate the portal and in the garage car steering control back to normal.
