A question regarding jumpscares
I have only played a small bit thus far, but have been very at the edge of my seat with anxiety. I am a huge baby with jump scares. Does this game have lots of horror / jump scare moments. I feel like if it does I should refund before I put too much time in. I have nothing against scary games I just cant personally handle it, sadly.

I think I'm on the final mission, and from what I've seen there is minimal 'jump scares'. The closest thing to lunging/screaming at you is a metal tumbleweed enemy, and it runs around in front of your car a while before trying to jump on. I have been startled by some later enemies, but that's because I wasn't paying attention and they grabbed me. They're mostly harmless and it just wanted a flare to play catch with.

Now there is an enemy I haven't seen where it's just one of those pillars of dirt that rise out of the ground faster then normal and will try to uppercut your car, but it doesn't seem like there is anything that gets to FNAF or your typical jump scare game.

That being said it still gets really intense in the final zones, but less in a scared way and more screaming in panic as you're trying to find some place to repair while dodging giant slime globs raining down on you while weaving through the exploding mannequins. You'll probably want to unwind a little between runs.

So far no real jumpscares besides couple of startles by Tourist anomaly.
Game is pressing on you by atmosphere and constant changing conditions, but nothing cheap.

It's always tense, but never outright frightening in my experience.
