First mission objectives bugged

Heya, anyone else have the bug where you transport back to the garage after the first mission, but the objectives dont update correctly? It's still telling me to select a jump point back, even when im at the garage, so i cant progress

Heres an idea... have you selected the jumppoint back from the tool?
edit: You sit in your car that is in carage, open the tool and select the jumppoint back.
Does it work?

I'm having the same bug, the problem is you're already at the garage, there ARE no jumppoints because you already did that and it won't let you go anywhere.

I just did the mission again and it progressed.

yeah, managed to get around it, so even though the objectives don't update and nothing works just go left out of the garage through the road again, go back to the first mission area, and so long as you still have the transmitter and plasma on you you can charge up the car and start the escape sequence again, it took two tries but it finally completed, (I have tons of loot and 3 radio transmitters now, lol) it's a weird bug, hopefully just on this first mission, but it's like it resets the objectives even if you completed them sometimes when you warp back.

I got the same issue, gotta try to do the mission again. Bit of a mood killer, unfortunately, I really enjoyed the game so far :(

EDIT : yup, did all the objectives again (even though the objective list didn't tell so) and when I arrived back at the garage, it moved on.

Is there any solution other than starting over from the beginning?

I think what might have happened is the first times I booked it to the pillar of light so quickly the dialog didn't have time to play out and the sequence of events broke,

I didn't start over, just drive out the garage to the left to drive back to that first area again, find one of the orbs and you can do the escape again, it didn't make me do the objectives over but i grabbed them anyways since they were on the way.

Just had the same thing, I think this might be a problem where you find an orb before you're "supposed" to during the first mission?

I had the mission objective completed before I drove to the pillar

Mine is stuck with the "Open Headset OS" prompt and its blocking the ability to use the workbench to make the door. deleting the save and restarting to see if that help.

Yeah, I've had this problem too, popped my head in to see if anyone else was having the issue. Sucks that there's such a critical bug on the very first mission, but I guess that's just the state of things now.
Anyway, I'll try driving through again.
