ARDA Sites - Useless?

A big runway to jump a ravine on the far corner of the map and all I found twice are trailers. The same trailers I picked clean in the forest with basic resources I dont need by the time I enter midzone, but with the added annoyance of the mid zone.

Is there anything ever good in the Arda sites?

I found them useful in terms of logs and/or paints&decals.

Also pneumatic cylinders for hammers and engines. Plus the trailers sometimes and the towers always have a transmuter. Sometimes they are trade downs, but sometimes they trade up, like steel plates for olympium I got one time.

In addition I've found various repair items, mostly kits, and tools, largely flare guns, in the containers in some.
