Report a translation problem
To a certain extent, games that support modding or have modding tools can be made in a way that doesn't constantly render past mods obsolete.
Unfortunately, I don't think it's in the cards for Pacific Drive. It'd be a massive undertaking.
That said, you can still edit the content of the game, quite a lot in fact. Like they've said here though, any time there's a massive update, the chances that a mod will no longer work or break the game are very likely.
The "transmog" mods that make "advanced" panels/doors look like the Steel ones, on Nexus, no longer work because the models are no longer referenced in the IA sheets.
(it can still be done, but the method would have to be updated)
Update to Unreal 4.27 likely broke my stuff again, which I was just done "repairing" after the previous update. But that's how it is.
