Unable to craft battery jumper after I died

So I died...
Then ended up at the garage again

Repaired, fuelled and charged the car.

Only need to craft a battery jumper, but need 4 x 9v batteries.
I scrapped the radio, got two.

what else can be scrapped to find the other two batteries I need to craft the battery jumper?

Why do you need to craft a battery jumper? If its for the car checklist you don't actually have to do that. It's just a thing to remind you of stuff you might want to consider bringing.
