what is a spike log?
does anyone know what they are or look like? i haven't seen one in 60 hr of playing and Im trying to 100% the game

I had to do a lot of searching around to find info cause I also haven't found it. Apparently they spawn in The Scorch biome (one of the two mid zone biomes) and look like a...log with purple spikes on it. A lot like the spike puddle.

Like a log or bump but they have the spike puddle effects coming off them, when you're going straight at them they can sometimes look like any ordinary rock bump, just look for junctions with NOT RECOGNIZED in them on the left side and those are usually anomalies you havent scanned.
