How do I use the light replacement kit, part 2
I have the light replacement kit. I'm standing with the kit in my hands, looking at my headlights. There's no prompt at all to use the kit. Am I doing something wrong?

The terminal says in order to fix my quirk (lights dim every time I turn the wheel, very funny), I need to use this, but where???

is it a broken bulb or a shorted light

It's a headlight quirk that I'm trying to fix.

Thanks, that did it. Also I don't think MSDOS is supposed to do that...
