well, as long as you're resurrecting dead topics out of nowhere, let me supplement it with something actually useful
It's not an upgrade in the sense that you directly upgrade the starter can; it's a technically expendable item independent of the fuel can. Think of it as the starter can getting its own dedicated quick access section vs other fuel cans, which are in other storage compartments you use for reserves.
You'll want a Large Fuel Can regardless, because as trips get longer, that extra wiggle room will be greatly appreciated so you aren't tied to just the default can. My advice is to make a Side Storage, because those have enough room for car repair stuff as well as a separate 2x3 section that perfectly fits a LFC.
