How do you get the Advanced workbench?

It shows the requirements in the research module computer. I think you mainly need unstable energy.

Ding ding ding unstable you need to get past the first wall and into the second zone. Full check the requirements so you have scanned all the right parts etc.

How much instable energy do you need because i have some but is still says i csnt unlock it and i have all the other resources

If I remember correctly, you need about 1.5

i have 4.6 unstable and 24 stable i still dont have it unlocked its just red ? i unlocked the matter regenerator im lost and i cant craft the lim sheild

You'll need to research steel sheets and build 4, as well as having 5 gas cylinders, 7 electronics, and 10 copper wires. The blueprint for the LIM shield will be given to you with the pneumatube after Red Meadow, and you'll find it near the bottom of the crafting list
