if it is your first zone it is not as good, though i doubt this will happen there.
1. You can research a device called: "Anchor Radar". In beginning i thought this is useless but after noticing the same event, i saw its ultimate purpose > finding anchors on locations that have these weird anomaly.
2. You can also collect all anchors on your way to a destination beforehand and dont even need to bother on that particular map. Therefore you will be prepared to exit the map as soon as you enter.
3. Not a good approach but possible. You can simply drive around the map and search. The anchors are somewhere and normally visable.
I had a location with a lot of time until the sphere got activated but no anchor radar. I aleady got enough anchors and was just scavenging for ressources.
So i went through every building in that location and had even 10 or 15 minutes more to search around for whatever i want.
While looting the map i randomly came across the anchors.
So this is not a good advice, if the sphere timer is very low.
