no i mean like, there is unscanned things that shows you on a planning map, and there is an icon of geko. What it can be?

Those are "Salamander Grotto", which I think are the cars with marsh eggs in them in the mid-zone?

Once you go to a location with an unknown icon the game will add it's meaning to your loogbook.
