Car won't start (bug?)

I'm playing on my PC, After abandoning a travel, my car won't start anymore. I have enough battery and fuel so normally It should start and There Is no damage. I started again 2 games and again this happens. On the First game of trio was abandoned, game runs normally.

had a recent problem when I can't even jump start my battery... I just restarted the game in the zone. that fixed it.

Did you lost the engine after abandoned the trip?
You may got random part stay with your lost ghost car, instead of come back with you to the garage

I'v checked under the hood, nothing but the battery can be scan and I don't understand if the engine is missing.
If the engine is missing, how can I craft or take one?

Solved, I had lost the engine.
But what to do if I lose it and friendly dumpster wont give it to me? Can I normally craft it?

You can craft the base engine at the garage

This whole thread gave me a hilarious mental picture of a car being towed to the mechanic’s shop because it won’t start.

Then mechanic pops the hood and the whole engine is gone and he just says (with an accent of course) “Well mister, I think that there seems to be your problem.”
