takes all the parts off the car and put tires on first, then parts all after.
this will make tires last a lot longer, its likely a bug.
It's not because the tires are fragile. They just go flat a lot. I thought maybe it was one of the specific zone characteristics. It might be, but I'd have to play some more to investigate.
I wondered if this is a re-balancing so that players favor the tires which cannot be punctured, as I started to do.
Wow if the order you put them on the car matters, then I hope it is a bug. Also does this mean we are silly to use anything other than 'armored' quarter-panels? (Panels closest to the tires).
I would not have thought that panels can protect tires AT ALL except for the fact that panels with resistances will give those resistances to adjacent parts (possibly tires)
it 100% has to be a bug.
I've noticed once parts hit around the 60 mile range (you can check by holding the part and with your inventory open press V on the part for more info) they tend to get a lot more issues back to back
I would recommend just replacing the tire and see if that fixes the overall problem.
Hold the part in inventory and press V to check the miles it travelled so far
70+ miles part should be replaced as they have a very high chance to go malfunction
Also, are they spares or summer tires? both of those go flat extremely fast from offroad driving
