The Anomaly Barricade - Overcharge the ARC Device softlock

The last voice log that was played was "The Rundown". I completed the loop of circuit gate nodes around the map, and nothing completed; the music continues. I looked up someone else doing the mission and theres meant to be dialogue all the way around the loop, as well as at the end of it. radio silence for me. All circuit gates are green on the map so it seems the only way to fix is reset and do it again.

Reloaded area, still cannot progress? Exactly the same result. Do I seriously have to drive all the way back to the deep zone by abandoning trip? What a waste of time.

When you complete the circuit, did you stop under the yellow lighting to charge the Arc device? I am asking this because on my run I passed it and the gateway was not appearing.

Nothing of the sort happened for me. I was only left with a map of green circles, action music, and no way to leave the area; forcing me to abandon.

Oh... there's another post saying that you needed to grab a neumatic from the tubes on the garage before doing this mission. It doesn't have any indication that you needed to grab something before you go. :C

Yeah, this seems to be an oversight. I had this issue as well. Have to retravel the whole route.

still waiting for the retro fix patch and started a new save... just for the ending I guess.
OT: A new game + would be nice where all your scanned and collected info gets to stay and not do everything all over again.

Same issue, played the whole game flawlessly, obtained a new turbo engine, full armored kit, double XL roof storage. Had to abandon trip due to softlock (no gateways were available and I was stuck, driving around last location until I had used all available fuel on map). Because of my first abandoned trip, I lost my turbo engine, half of my armored panel kit, one XL roof storage, one side storage, one all terrain wheel. Frustration is all over the place!!! My great flawless gameplay flaw was ruined due to this oversight
