I'd support making it so that repeated scans add to a "collage" of your various anomaly sightings, so as to better sell the whole "found footage/cryptid hunt" aspect of documenting anomalies.
It would be easy to implement as well. E.g every time you scan an anomaly, it uses that (latest) as image inside the logbook. Since when you're happy with the image, you just don't scan (update the photo) anymore.
- Please correct distorted photos (I believe stretching instead of cropping the aspect ratio of my display)
- Please disable the outlines and loot highlights in log book photos
- Please allow retaking of photos by rescanning
I loathe some of my logbook entries!
The ability to rescan for a better photo would be great!
I mean they already have photo mode in the game. All they would need to do is code in an additional button in the log book that when clicked brings up photo mode, then you take photo, and then it replaces the photo entry for that log entry. Jobs Done. :)
PS - I know game dev is a little more complex than that, but you get the point.
I was really looking forward to getting those "perfect pictures" of different strange things and whatnot.
