Steam link / Remote Play issues

Hi folks,

I have my PC hooked up to my TV in the living room, and I use remote play via the steam link app on iPad to play in bed.

When I launch the game via steam link, my PS5 controller (connected to iPad via Bluetooth) doesn’t work in-game. I can use the right stick to move the cursor and right trigger is left mouse click, but the game doesn’t recognise the controller so I can’t use controller mode for it. On top of that, the steam big picture mode overlay doesn’t open when I press the PS button - I hear it open but it doesn’t show over the game like I would expect it to.

Side note; the steam big picture overlay doesn’t work properly even when not using remote play, again I can hear the sounds but it doesn’t show over the game.

I have remote played other games (recently been playing Against the Storm) and they’ve worked perfectly, but I’m struggling to get this one to work.

Does anyone else experience this issue - or not have this issue - when using remote play / steam link?
