No, It was intended by developers as hidden for the most curious people, so breaking the sequence is not a mistake, it was on purpose

There's nothing interesting there,and You shouldn't try to enter it. Even though its in the game and fully modelled, You're still not supposed to be there. You can try to enter, but there is no point, as it's just a bathroom. It's not intended.

You can see what's inside through the textures if you 'hug' the door and jump.
