And yeah, save+load resolved it.
I'm pretty sure that's definitely not a lighting bug. It's going to be an issue with a model or something.
My gut tells me it has something to do with the wreck outside. In the screenshots we're both sharing, I think those are rusty car textures. Not particularly positive about it though.
I also notice that performance in the garage is generally pretty bad compared to out in the zone. That might be related to this issue, or maybe not.
