stuck on "craft a replacement door"

I crafted the replacement door and installed it but "install the crude door" is not checked in the mission tab

Is the objective to craft the door or to pin the task to your to do list? If it’s the objective for pinning the task, you highlight the crude door in the tab menu and then press c

I did pin it to my list though. I dont have enough materials to do it again

Where did you place the door? Sadly with the way the demo is made I believe it has to go on the front passenger door. Anyways it has to be installed where the white dot is otherwise it wont count

Oh man, sounds like you got a bug :c The Dev left a link to report bugs under the frequently asked. Definitely report that. I had to do 2 runs myself cause my first one was super bugged and then the 2nd one had no bugs at all x.x

Sent, thank you. I love everything else about this game so far but if the bugs are going to be this bad only a few weeks from release I hope its either just a fluke or it gets delayed.

I think they are random flukes, or just how they made the demo, because my 2nd playthru had no bugs and the demo they gave the streamers didnt have these bugs. So alot of these bugs might just be demo related, non-the less I have been reporting everyone I find. :)

Sounds like a soft lock situation the devs didn’t anticipate. Maybe try taking off one of your crude doors, scrapping it, and if that doesn’t give you the resources necessary to craft another, see if the dumpster will help. Failing that, I would start taking more doors off, until you can build one to satisfy the quest, then just make doors a priority once you start the first zone.

Its too late I already closed the game and it didnt save

I can't access the crafting bench at all and there was no save option to quit and come back... not a promising start.
